PAYMENTS
We accept payments by Visa, Mastercard, TWINT, and bank transfer. Orders are prepared for dispatch once payment has been received.

RETURNS
Should there be any issue with your order, or if the item received does not correspond to your purchase, please contact us at info@casavayu.ch. If you wish to return an item, kindly notify us by email before sending it back.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without stating a reason. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform us in writing by email at info@casavayu.ch before returning the item. Returned items must be unworn, unused, complete with all original tags and packaging, and received by CASA VAYU in their original condition. Original shipping costs are non refundable.

REFUNDS
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund using the original method of payment. If the returned item shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to assess its nature, characteristics and fit, CASA VAYU reserves the right to deduct an appropriate amount from the refund to reflect any loss in value. Unless the return is due to an incorrect or faulty item, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items remain the customer's responsibility until they have been received by CASA VAYU. We recommend using a tracked shipping service and ensuring that the parcel is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving and approving the return.
